No. There's no solid evidence that ultrasound guidance makes a BBL safer when experienced surgeons use proper technique. Constant imaging while injecting isn't practical. We rely on proven, research-based technique and awake patients instead.

Usually not. About 30% of transferred fat is naturally reabsorbed, so we place extra in each area. Very few people have enough fat for both at once.

It depends on what was injected. If it was illegal silicone (sometimes called “biogel”), we can't do a BBL, because working near silicone carries a serious infection risk.

No. A cannula could puncture the implant, and adding fat around it raises infection risk. If you want more volume, the safer path is removing the implants first.

Yes, with a little planning. Pump and store extra milk for 4–5 days before surgery. Afterward, pump and discard your milk for about 4 days while the medication clears your system.

You can breastfeed again from day 5.
