Why isn't the consultation free?

The $25 fee covers a 45–60 minute Zoom with a Body Consultant and one of our plastic surgeons. It includes a photo mock-up of your results, a tailored plan, and pricing and financing.

It also helps us keep that time for people who are serious about a procedure.

What if I'm not a candidate?

We refund your $25 consultation fee in full. If you've paid a deposit and can't get medical clearance, or we cancel for safety, we refund that too.

Can I change my plan on the day?

Sometimes. We support a range of add-ons and may have flexibility on the day of surgery, but it isn't guaranteed. Talk to your consultant beforehand.

Can I get the Core price on a weekend?

The Core price is for surgery on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Thursday to Sunday dates are a $1,000 Premium Times add-on.

Do you take insurance?

No. Our procedures are elective and cosmetic. See Payment plans for financing.
